- Know how to create and edit named ranges
- Know how to use advanced formulae, such as Nested IF, SUMIF and VLOOKUP
- Be able to create pivot tables from raw data and then edit and reformat
- Know how to locate and fix errors in spreadsheets
- Be able to use the chart wizard to modify existing charts and add trend lines
- Know how to automate tasks to ensure accuracy and save time using the macro feature
- Be able to assign macros to buttons and graphics
