This course is designed to introduce the candidate to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and in particular Sage Contact Manager and its use for managing all Sales information.

Course Content:

  • Setup of new Companies, Contacts & Groups
  • Adding Meetings/Appointments and To-do lists
  • Microsoft Outlook integration
  • Adding Sales opportunities and tracking their progress
  • Integration with Sage 50 Accounts
  • Synchronisation with remote users
